Good News Club Curriculum Workshop - January 2020

Join us for a look at the two upcoming CEF lesson series for Good News Club. First, we'll look at Jesus: God of Power and Glory. This lesson series points children to who Jesus truly is—God of power and glory—through His teaching and His miracles.  We'll look at the Bible lessons, memory verses (which are the Lord's Prayer), songs, Wonder Time, games and mission time--with some suggestions that aren't included in the lesson text. Then we'll overview God's Church Expands: The Ministry of Paul. Starting with his conversion, the series includes highlights from his journeys and his 12 letters included in the New Testament to give more insight into the life and thoughts of this great man of God. Children will be encourage to be strong in the Lord as they learn about this bold missionary and the message he proclaimed through this six-lesson series which includes teaching about the armor of God during each Wonder Time.

We'll also have a mini-enrichment session on Teaching Children to Pray. Those who arrive promptly at 9AM will have time for a make and take project to use in their classrooms.

This curriculum is also available to those serving in non-CEF ministries. Any Christian children's worker would benefit from the mini enrichment session on Teaching Children to Pray; it is not curriculum-specific.
