Child in line at school bus with GNC logoGod is greater than anything!

That's a truth our kids need to know and use in a world where they will regularly face challenges that are bigger than they are.

Join us for a day of inspiration, encouragement and training as we begin a new season of ministry to boys and girls. While this training will focus on Good News Club® workers, every session will include teaching strategies that apply in nearly any setting, including Sunday School, children's church, mid-week programs and other ministries.

We'll offer two tracks in the morning: one designed for workers who are new to Good News Club and one targeted for more experienced teachers (but anyone can attend either session--or parts of both). After lunch we'll all meet together to look at the first series for Good News Club this fall: God's Sovereignty: The Life of Joseph.

New Workers

We'll be viewing three facilitated video sessions from the Good News Club Quick Start training series.

  • Good News Club Demonstration
  • Guiding Children to the Savior
  • Teaching Verses and Songs

Experienced Workers

  • Speak Up, Speak Out! (Training Children to Share Their Faith)
  • Around the Corner, Around the World (Teaching Kids about Missions)
  • Balloons and More (Fun ways to Present the Gospel in Your Club or Class0
  • Teaching with Style (Learning Styles--teaching the way your kids learn)
